Description
The film captures the story of a New York police investigator on a dangerous mission in front of a group of criminals. The investigator is hunting down the arrogant killer of two policemen as he intensifies the search process at the city level. Within a short period of time, the authorities decide to take strong measures to prevent criminals from escaping. It seems that the first action taken by the police is to completely close all 21 Manhattan bridges.
